The Suzuki RM80 was a Water-cooled, Single-cylinder, 2-stroke Trial motorcycle produced by Suzuki between 1978 and 1998. Claimed horsepower was 14.21 HP (10.6 KW) @ 11000 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a air cooled Water-cooled, Single-cylinder, 2-stroke. A 48.3mm bore x 48.3mm stroke result in a displacement of just 79.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6 Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet plate.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 2.75-17 front tire and a 4.10-14 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Disc in the front and a Disc in the rear. The front suspension was a long travel offroad ´zonker´ air forks while the rear was equipped with a Full Floater. The bike weighed just 136.03 pounds (61.7 Kg). The wheelbase was 48.58 inches (1234 mm) long.

The Suzuki RM80 is an off-road motocross-type motorcycle produced by the Japanese Suzuki Corporation from 1977 to 2001. The bikes all have roughly 80 cc of engine displacement and light frames.
1987 - 1997 Suzuki RM80[edit | edit source]
The Suzuki RM80 now has Full Floater rear suspension system far unmatched stabaility and a wide range of adjustability. A remote reservoir gas/oil shokc is used, mounted low to keep the bike`s center of gravity close to the ground.
1998 - 2002 Suzuki RM80[edit | edit source]
The 1998 Suzuki RM80 is an off-road motocross. The bikes all have roughly 80 cc of engine displacement and light frames. The new engine design provides with a mutch more performance thanks to Power Reed intake system combining piston valve and reed valve.
