The Yamaha FJ-1200 ABS was a Four cylinder, four stroke, air-cooled Sport touring motorcycle produced by Yamaha in 1993. Max torque was 79.66 ft/lbs (108.0 Nm) @ 8600 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 112.51 HP (83.9 KW) @ 9000 RPM.

A 76.2mm bore x 76.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1188.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive
The bike has a 5-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-discs.
Chassis
It came with a 120/70/VR17 front tire and a 150/80/V16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Double discs 2820 mm in the front and a Single disc 282 mm in the rear.
