It came with a D402F NW MT90B16 72H front tire and a D402 NW MU85B16 77H rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 292mm discs, 4-piston caliper in the front and a single 292mm disc, 4-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 41mm telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a air-adjustable monoshock. The CVO Screamin' Eagle Electra Glide was fitted with a 1.32 Gallon (5.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 63.5 inches (1613 mm) long.

The 2004 MY Harley Davidson CVO FLHTCSE Screamin' Eagle Electra Glide sports an air-cooled, 1690cc, Twin Cam 103 V-Twin powerplant paired to a five-speed manual transmission, and can reach a peak torque of 138 Nm at 3500 rpm.
As all other CVO models, it comes with the latest materials and technologies developed by the engineers from House Milwaukee, and comes standard with silver brake calipers, a dark, tinted mini wind deflector, an advanced audio system, hard, lockable saddlebags, rider and passenger backrests, a fork-mounted, bat-wing fairing, a lowered suspension package, plus special paint and graphic schemes.
