EngineEdit
The engine was a liquid cooled six cylinder boxer, four-stroke. A 73.0mm bore x 73.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1833.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
DriveEdit
The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the multi-plate with diaphragm spring in oil bath.
ChassisEdit
It came with a 130/70-18 front tire and a 200/55-16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. floating discs. cbs three-piston calipers in the front and a single disc. cbs three-piston calipers. in the rear. The front suspension was a double wishbone type; 4.3 inches travel while the rear was equipped with a pro arm® single-side swingarm with pro-link® single shock; 4.1 inches travel. The Gold Wing Tour was fitted with a 5.55 Gallon (21.01 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 919.33 pounds (417.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 66.69 inches (1694 mm) long.
2001 Honda GL 1800 Gold WingEdit
The 2000 Gold Wing takes big-bore touring to the next level with the new 1832cc six-cylinder engine, now delivering more power and torque for even more fun, even when fully-loaded and riding two-up. The bike got a new graphic design and carefully-trimmed accents and plenty of revised technologies, including cruise control, ABS, hydraulic rear suspension control and many more.
A host of optional accessories is also available, both in the technology and the aesthetics "isles".
2004 Honda GL1800 Gold WingEdit

2006 Honda GL1800 Gold WingEdit
2005 brings a lot of enhancements in the electronics department for the GL1800 Gold Wing, with Linked Navigation, new maps, voice prompting and multiple other functions. However, the biggest upgrade is the integrated airbag system, an industry first. The airbag is only available in the full-featured trim of the bike.
Other new features as the clear lenses for the turn and running lights, revised lights design, fluid-damped ACG with increased power and many more.
2007 Honda GL1800 Gold WingEdit
