It came with a 120/70 ZR 17 front tire and a 200/55 ZR 17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 320mm discs, 4-piston calipers in the front and a single 220mm disc, 2-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm Ohlins upside-down fork while the rear was equipped with a Ohlins adjutable monoshock with APS. The wheelbase was 55.91 inches (1420 mm) long.

Unlike the base model, this machine boasts an Aprilia Racing carbon-fiber fairing, a DPM clutch and brake levers, Aprilia Racing fully-adjustable billeted aluminum rear sets, a tinted race screen, Aprilia Racing carbon-fiber engine case covers, a carbon-fiber exhaust hanger and carbon-fiber heel guards.
In the tech/engine department, it sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 999cc, V-four cylinder powerplant paired to a six-speed manual transmission, and can produce a claimed 180 horsepower and 115 Nm of torque.
