The BMW F800R was a twin, four-stroke Naked motorcycle produced by BMW between 2009 and 2019. It could reach a top speed of 125 mph (201 km/h). Max torque was 63.43 ft/lbs (86.0 Nm) @ 5800 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 88.11 HP (65.7 KW) @ 8000 RPM.

Engine[edit]

The engine was a liquid cooled twin, four-stroke. A 82.0mm bore x 75.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 798.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive[edit]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the multiple-disc clutch in oil bath, mechanically operated.

Chassis[edit]

It came with a 120/70-zr17 front tire and a 180/55-zr17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. abs. floating discs. four-piston calipers. radially mounted. in the front and a single disc. abs. floating disc. single-piston caliper. in the rear. Unlike its F siblings, its fuel tank has been mounted under the seat, for a lower center of gravity, and thus, a more maneuverable machine. Also, its new frame concept features a lighter build, helping this machine tip the scale at only 182 kg, making it one of the lightest mid-sized naked two-wheelers available on the market.
