The Benelli 304 was a in-line four, four-stroke Naked motorcycle produced by Benelli between 1984 and 1989. It could reach a top speed of 84 mph (135 km/h). Max torque was 14.01 ft/lbs (19.0 Nm) @ 9000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 26.42 HP (19.7 KW) @ 10500 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a air cooled in-line four, four-stroke. A 44.0mm bore x 38.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 231.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.00-18 front tire and a 3.25-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a dual shocks. The 304 was fitted with a 2.91 Gallon (11.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 50.0 inches (1270 mm) long.
