Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70 ZR17 front tire and a 180/55 ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 320mm discs in the front and a single 230mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a fully-adjustable mono-shock. The wheelbase was 53.9 inches (1369 mm) long.

The 2000 MY Bimota DB4ie has, at its heart, an air-cooled, four-stroke, fuel-injected, 904cc, 90-degree V-Twin powerhouse paired to a six-speed manual transmission, and can produce a claimed 80 horsepower and 81 Nm of torque.

Also, this super-sport comes with features such as a 43mm telescopic front fork, a fully-adjustable mono-shock as a rear suspension, a Brembo braking system with dual discs in the front and a single disc in the rear, a full-fairing, a windscreen, a dual seat and a digital and analogue instrument cluster.
