The engine was a air cooled twin, four-stroke. A 53.3mm bore x 53.3mm stroke result in a displacement of just 234.0 cubic centimeters.

It came with a at21x7-10 front tire and a at21x7-10 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a double braced independenly adjustable while the rear was equipped with a single braced (unitrack system). The DXR250 was fitted with a 2.11 Gallon (8.00 Liters) fuel tank. Standard fittings for this machine include a dual seat, an analogue instrumentation panel, a double-braced, independent and adjustable front suspension system coupled to a single-braced unitrack system in the rear, front and rear disc brakes, cast-aluminum wheels and a single headlight.
