The engine was a Liquid cooled cooled Four stroke, transverse four cylinder, DOHC, 4 valve per cylinder.. The engine featured a 12.0:1 compression ratio.

Power was moderated via the Multi-plate wet, cable operated.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70 ZR17 front tire and a 180/55 ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 2x 296mm discs 4 piston calipers in the front and a Single 220mm disc 1 piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm fully adjustable cartridge-type fork while the rear was equipped with a Pro-Link featuring fully adjustable gas-charged remote reservoir damper. The CBR600F4 was fitted with a 18 Liters / 4.2 gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 168 Kg / 345 lbs. The wheelbase was 1395 mm / 54.9 in long.

The Honda CBR 600F4 model is a Sport bike manufactured by Honda. In this version sold from year 1999. and it is equiped with a Four cylinder, four-stroke motor. The engine produces a maximum peak output power of 110.2 HP (81 kW) @ 12500 RPM. The Honda CBR 600F4 have a Pro Frame design locates the lightweight extruded aluminum box-section swingarm, via a combined pivot in both the frame and the rear of the engine, producing superb handling and high-speed stability with excellent control.
