The Honda Varadero 125 was a v2, four-stroke Touring motorcycle produced by Honda between 1976 and 2015. It could reach a top speed of 71 mph (115 km/h). Max torque was 7.38 ft/lbs (10.0 Nm) @ 8500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 13.95 HP (10.4 KW) @ 11000 RPM.

The engine was a liquid cooled v2, four-stroke. A 42.0mm bore x 45.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 125.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, multiple discs, cable operated.
