The Suzuki SV 650 SCRAMBLER was a Four stroke, V-twin, DOHC, 4 valves per cylinder, liquid cooled Naked motorcycle produced by Suzuki in 201. Max torque was 47.21 ft/lbs (64.0 Nm) @ 8100 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 74.96 HP (55.9 KW) @ 8500 RPM.

Engine

A 81.3mm bore x 81.3mm stroke result in a displacement of just 645.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive

The bike has a 6-Speed, constant mesh transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet, multiplate.

Chassis

It came with a 120/70 ZR17M/C 58W, tubeless front tire and a 160/60 ZR17M/C 69W, tubeless rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Double discs 290 mm in the front and a Single disc 240 mm in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic fork, coil spring, oil damped while the rear was equipped with a Monoshock, link type, coil spring, oil damped, spring preload 7-step adjustable. The wheelbase was 56.89 inches (1445 mm) long.

201 Suzuki SV 650 SCRAMBLER

         

The SV650 Scrambler has been fitted with various accessories to make it stand out from the base model. To make it more capable off-road, the Scrambler has been fitted with Dunlop Mutant tires, wider LSL handlebars and larger footpegs. Mechanically here are no differences between the Scrambler and standard SV650.
