The Triumph TIGER 800 XRt was a Liquid-cooled, 12 valve, DOHC, in-line 3-cylinder Touring motorcycle produced by Triumph in 2016. Max torque was 58.27 ft/lbs (79.0 Nm) @ 7850 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 94.01 HP (70.1 KW) @ 9250 RPM.

Engine

A 73.7mm bore x 73.7mm stroke result in a displacement of just 800.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive

The bike has a 6-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-plate.

Chassis

It came with a 100/90­ 19 front tire and a 150/70 R17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Twin 308 mm floating discs, Nissin 2-piston sliding calipers, Switchable ABS in the front and a Single 255 mm disc, Nissin single piston sliding caliper, Switchable ABS in the rear. The front suspension was a Showa 43 mm upside down forks, 180 mm travel while the rear was equipped with a Showa monoshock with hydraulically adjustable preload, 170 mm rear wheel travel. The TIGER 800 XRt was fitted with a 1.32 Gallon (5.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 60.2 inches (1529 mm) long.

At the heart of the 800 XRt is an 800cc triple engine with 94 HP (70 Kw) and incredible levels of torque for a linear power delivery no matter what gear you are in. With power on demand and a chassis tuned for dynamic handling, the XRt makes every journey an experience. This bike has a uprated alternator (650W) for heating equipment: heated grips, heated rider and passenger seat.
