The Yamaha AG100 was a single cylinder, two-stroke Enduro motorcycle produced by Yamaha between 1979 and 2007. It could reach a top speed of 72 mph (116 km/h). Max torque was 6.64 ft/lbs (9.0 Nm) @ 6000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 8.45 HP (6.3 KW) @ 6000 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 52.0mm bore x 45.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 97.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-discs.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 2.75-19-4PR front tire and a 3.50-18-4PR rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic Fork while the rear was equipped with a Swingarm. The AG100 was fitted with a 2.11 Gallon (8.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 218.26 pounds (99.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 51.77 inches (1315 mm) long.
2004 Yamaha AG100[edit | edit source]
The smallest enduro Yamaha is powered by a 98cc air-cooled 2 stroke engine. Its simple, economical, 98cc two stroke engine with autolube system and proven CDI ignition means no plug oiling, fewer moving parts and easy maintenance.
