The engine was a oil & air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 57.0mm bore x 48.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 110/90-zr16 front tire and a 150/80-zr15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. 2 pistons calipers in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a conventional telescopic fork while the rear was equiped with a swing arm with progressive linkage hydraulic dual shock absorber. The 2014 MY ATK GV250 has, at its heart, an air-cooled, four-stroke, 249cc, V-Twin powerhouse paired to a five-speed manual transmission, and can reach a maximum power output of 25 horsepower and 22 Nm of torque. This machine addresses novice riders that prefer the look of an American power cruiser, with all the amenities one expects from modern technologies.
Standard features include a front upside-down fork, dual shocks as a rear suspension, wide, pulled-back handlebars, a large, round headlight, an analogue instrument panel, a chromed, dual exhaust system, lightweight, aluminum alloy wheels, a dual seat, chromed engine covers and full fenders.
