The Aprilia AF1 125 Project was a liquid-cooled, two-stroke, single cylinder Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Aprilia in 1987. Max torque was 13.28 ft/lbs (18.0 Nm) @ 8000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 24.94 HP (18.6 KW) @ 10000 RPM.

A 53.8mm bore x 53.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 123.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a gear transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 100/80-17 front tire and a 130/70-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 60mm disc, 4-piston caliper in the front and a single 240mm disc, 2-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a adjustable monoshock.

The 1987 MY Aprilia AF1 125 Project 108 has, at its heart, a liquid-cooled, two-stroke, 123cc, single cylinder engine paired to a six-speed manual transmission, and can produce a claimed 25 horsepower and 18 Nm of torque. It comes standard with an adjustable telescopic front fork, an adjustable rear monoshock, an aerodynamic full-fairing with a small windscreen, a dual seat and a race-inspired graphic scheme.
