The Blata Elite 13 WRS was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by Blata between 2005 and 2009. It could reach a top speed of 50 mph (80 km/h). Max torque was 5.38 ft/lbs (7.3 Nm) @ 12000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 8.85 HP (6.6 KW) @ 12700 RPM.

Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a automatic transmission. Power was moderated via the centrifugal automatic.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 90/65-6.5 front tire and a 110/50-6.5 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The Elite 13 WRS was fitted with a 0.26 Gallon (1.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 53.57 pounds (24.3 Kg).
