The Cagiva Aletta Oro S2 125 was a liquid-cooled, two-stroke, single cylinder Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Cagiva in 1986. Max torque was 13.28 ft/lbs (18.0 Nm) @ 8000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 24.0 HP (17.9 KW) @ 9100 RPM.

A 55.9mm bore x 55.9mm stroke result in a displacement of just 125.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 100/90 -16 front tire and a 100/90 -18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 220mm discs in the front and a single 220mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 35mm Marzocchi telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Marzocchi mono-shock.

The 1986 MY Cagiva Aletta Oro S2 125 has, at its heart, an air-cooled, two-stroke, 125cc, single cylinder engine paired to a six-speed manual transmission and can produce a claimed 24 horsepower and 18 Nm of torque.

In addition, it boasts standard features such as a full-fairing, an adjustable windscreen, cast-aluminum wheels, a dual seat, passenger grab handles, a single square headlight, an analogue instrument cluster, dual front disc brakes and a Marzocchi suspension package composed of a 35mm telescopic fork in the front and a single shock absorber in the rear.
