The Cagiva Mito 125 SP was a liquid-cooled, two-stroke, single cylinder Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Cagiva between 1998 and 1999. Max torque was 16.96 ft/lbs (23.0 Nm) @ 11000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 34.06 HP (25.4 KW) @ 12000 RPM.

A 55.9mm bore x 55.9mm stroke result in a displacement of just 124.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 6-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 110/70 ZR17 front tire and a 150/60 ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 320mm disc, 4-piston caliper in the front and a single 230mm disc, 2-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 40mm Marzocchi telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a adjustable mono-shock.

The 1998 MY Cagiva Mito 125 SP has, at its heart, a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 125cc, single cylinder powerhouse paired to a six-speed manual transmission that can produce a claimed 34 horsepower and 23 Nm of torque.

Also, it comes with features such as a 40mm Marzocchi telescopic fork coupled to an adjustable mono-shock as a rear suspension, front and rear disc brakes, a full-fairing with a large windshield, a single seat, cast-aluminum wheels, wide handlebars, dual headlights and an analogue instrumentation panel.
