The Cargobike AS250 was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Cargobike between 2008 and 2013. Max torque was 15.49 ft/lbs (21.0 Nm) @ 6250 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 21.59 HP (16.1 KW) @ 8000 RPM.

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 72.0mm bore x 60.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 300.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).
