The Ducati 1299 Panigale S Anniversario was a v2, four-stroke Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Ducati between 2015 and 2017. Max torque was 106.66 ft/lbs (144.6 Nm) @ 8750 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 200.62 HP (149.6 KW) @ 10500 RPM.

The engine was a liquid cooled v2, four-stroke. A 116.0mm bore x 60.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1285.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a desmodromic valve control.

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the slipper and self-servo wet multiplate clutch with hydraulic control.

The 2015 MY Ducati 1299 Panigale S is the pinnacle of engineering and technology from the House of Borgo Panigale. At its heart lies the massively powerful, liquid-cooled, 1285cc, Superquadro L-Twin powerhouse with 4 Desmodromically actuated valves per cylinder and can produce 205 horsepower and 144.6 Nm of torque. As opposed to the base 1299 Panigale, the S has Öhlins front and rear suspension, standard full LED lighting, Öhlins Smart EC with semi-active steering damper, auxiliary adjustment buttons, and is DDA+ with GPS-ready as well as a special, golden-color magnesium alloy clutch cover, cylinder head covers and oil pan, for the best strength to weight ratio.
