The Ducati 350F3 Desmo was a air-cooled, four-stroke, 90-degree V-Twin, SOHC, desmodromic Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Ducati between 1986 and 1988. Max torque was 24.34 ft/lbs (33.0 Nm) @ 7100 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 41.97 HP (31.3 KW) @ 9700 RPM.

The bike has a 5-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

It came with a 100/90-16 front tire and a 120/80-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 260mm discs in the front and a single 260mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 35mm Marzocchi telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a adjustable monoshock.
