The 1993 Ducati 888 Biposta is a more affordable version, as opposed to its 888SP5 sibling, with lower-grade specs, but still able to put a smile on the rider's face with every twist of the throttle. It has, at its heart, a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 888cc, 90-degree V-Twin desmodromic engine paired to a six-speed manual transmission and can produce a claimed 104 horsepower and 80 Nm of torque.

Standard fittings include die-cast aluminum wheels, a dual exhaust system, a small windscreen, a full-fairing, a single seat with lumbar support for the rider, a square headlight, Brembo dual front disc brakes, and a 41mm adjustable upside-down fork coupled to a fully-adjustable Showa monoshock in the rear.
