This machine was created in collaboration with Warner Bros. Consumer Products as a limited edition motorcycle, to celebrate the launch of The Matrix Reloaded movie, in which at some point there is a dramatic road chase atop a Ducati Superbike. It has a special, black and green paint-scheme, which is sure to appeal to the collectors among the Ducati fans. In all other departments it has the same features as the "S"-suffixed version of the base model.
