Erie Armstrong

'Red' Armstrong was a racer in the pioneer days, riding Indians. He notably won the first race at the new board track at Tacoma. Washington, in August 1915. Average speed was 79.84mph (128.5km/h), a wheel length in front of Harley-mounted Otto Walker.
