The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 39.0mm bore x 41.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 49.5 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.50-10 front tire and a 3.50-10 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a oil damped telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a oil damped coil spring. The Dolphin Twin 50 was fitted with a 1.11 Gallon (4.20 Liters) fuel tank.
