Engine[edit]

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. Fuel was supplied via a desmodromic valve control.

Drive[edit]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain. Power was moderated via the wet plate.

Chassis[edit]

It came with a 110/70-17 front tire and a 140/70-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The Saturno 350 was fitted with a 5.28 Gallon (20.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 319.67 pounds (145.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 55.51 inches (1410 mm) long.

The 1988 MY Gilera Saturno 350 has, at its heart, a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 348cc, single cylinder powerplant that was paired to a five-speed manual transmission with a chain final drive, and can reach a maximum power output of 33 horsepower and 32 Nm of torque.

Standard features for this machine include a half-fairing with a windscreen, die-cast aluminum wheels, an under-seat mounted, blacked-out exhaust system, analogue instrumentation dials, front and rear disc brakes, a single seat, and a Marzocchi suspension package composed of a Marzocchi telescopic front fork and a monoshock in the rear.
