The Harley Davidson Shrine Ultra Classic Electra Glide was a air-cooled, Twin Cam 96 Cruiser motorcycle produced by Harley Davidson between 2008 and 2011. Max torque was 92.94 ft/lbs (126.0 Nm) @ 3500 RPM.

Engine[edit]

A 94.0mm bore x 94.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1584.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit]

The bike has a chain transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis[edit]

It came with a D408F NW 130/80B17 65H front tire and a D407 NW 180/65B16 81H rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 300mm discs, 4-piston caliper in the front and a single 300mm disc, 4-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 41mm telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a air-adjustable monoshock. The Shrine Ultra Classic Electra Glide was fitted with a 1.59 Gallon (6.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 63.5 inches (1613 mm) long.

The 2007 MY Harley Davidson Shrine Ultra Classic Electra Glide is dedicated to and can be purchased only by members of the Shriners of North America fraternity, and boasts special paint schemes, which come only with this series from House Milwaukee. At its heart lies an air-cooled, 1584cc, Twin Cam 96 V-twin powerplant paired to a six-speed manual transmission with a Cruise Drive technology, and can produce 125 Nm (92.2 lb-ft) of torque at 3000 rpm.

The 2008 MY Harley Davidson Shrine Ultra Classic Electra Glide sports an air-cooled, 1584cc, Twin Cam 96 HP paired to a six-speed manual transmission with a Cruise Drive technology, and can produce 125 Nm (92.2 lb-ft) of torque at 3500 rpm. This machine has special paint schemes, available only for this series, and is dedicated to spiritual guides and men of the cloth. Unlike its previous embodiment, it boasts a new frame and swingarm, a new 2-1-2 exhaust system, a new, 68-tooth rear drive sprocket, new, cast-aluminum wheels, and an increased load capacity.

The 2010 MY Harley Davidson Shrine Ultra Classic Electra Glide sports an air-cooled, 1584cc, Twin Cam 96 V-Twin engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission with a Cruise Drive technology, and can produce 125 Nm of torque at 3500 rpm.

It boasts special paint schemes, found only on the Shrine series from the MoCo, and comes with all the features and improvements found on the base model, such as the new, chrome, 2-1-2 dual exhaust with tapered mufflers, the Harman/Kardon Advanced Audio System with four speakers, a comfort-stitched, dual seat, and the new helical cut 5th gear.

The 2011 MY Harley Davidson Shrine Ultra Classic Electra Glide sports an air-cooled, 1584cc, Twin Cam 96 V-twin powerhouse paired to a six-speed manual transmission with a Cruise Drive system, and can produce 126 Nm of torque at 3500 rpm. Dedicated to man of the cloth, or spiritual guides of every religion, this machine also boasts special paint schemes, to further set it apart from the rest of the 2011 MoCo line-up.

It comes standard with a rear trunk with incorporated passenger backrest, a rider seat with lumbar support, hard, lockable saddlebags, a fork-mounted fairing, a chrome 2-1-2 dual exhaust with tapered mufflers, mid-frame air deflectors, a deep FL front fender with trim and a high-end audio system.
