The Hartford VR-150H was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Hartford between 2003 and 2016. It could reach a top speed of 60 mph (96 km/h). Max torque was 9.15 ft/lbs (12.4 Nm) @ 8300 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 17.7 HP (13.2 KW) @ 8300 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 62.0mm bore x 49.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 149.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead valves (ohv).
