The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).

It came with a 80/100-17 front tire and a 100/90-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear.
