Having wild looks with poor control is like a very beautiful ship with no captain, crashing into the rocks by the shore. And since nobody was looking forward to such dismal future, the 2009 Honda Fury has just gotten better, receiving ABS brakes. Benefiting from Honda's acclaimed Combined braking system which engages both brakes in different ways according to the scenario, even if only one lever is squeezed or pressed, the addition of the anti-lock system makes sure hard brakes on difficult, slippery surfaces are now safer, dramatically reducing the risk of a crash.

The bike retains the full menacing character of the base model, with a long and low profile, raked out front end and classic-modern chopper design. Add in present-day technologies such as cast wheels, digital ignition, EFI and modern instrumentation for a top-drawer ride.

2012 Honda Fury VT1300CX ABS[edit | edit source]

2012 Honda Fury VT1300CX ABS

Just as the name clearly says it, the Fury VT1300CX ABS is the upgraded version of the base 2011 Honda Fury. A chopper created for those who are more preoccupied by safety, this bike also benefits from Honda's own combined braking system (CBS), and provides a better-distributed stopping force for more balanced, safer slowing down and stopping.

Retaining the full character of the base model, the 2011 Honda Fury VT1300CX ABS proudly displays the same long wheelbase and chopper attire, with a radical raked fork and narrow front tire, low seat and pulled-back bars. Billet wheels and rich chrome accents complete the picture for this sweet middleweight bike.
