The Honda Hornet 250 was a in-line four, four-stroke standard produced by Honda between 2002 and 2005. Max torque was 17.7 ft/lbs (24.0 Nm) @ 11000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 39.16 HP (29.2 KW) @ 14000 RPM.

The engine was a liquid cooled in-line four, four-stroke. A 48.5mm bore x 33.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

The bike has a 6-speed transmission.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 130/70-zr16 61w front tire and a 180/55-zr17 73w rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The Hornet 250 was fitted with a 4.23 Gallon (16.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 332.9 pounds (151.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 55.71 inches (1415 mm) long.
