The Honda XL650V Transalp was a v2, four-stroke Enduro motorcycle produced by Honda between 2000 and 2007. It could reach a top speed of 109 mph (175 km/h). Max torque was 40.57 ft/lbs (55.0 Nm) @ 5500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 50.96 HP (38.0 KW) @ 7500 RPM.

The engine was a liquid cooled v2, four-stroke. A 79.0mm bore x 66.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 647.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

The bike has a 5-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 90/90-21 front tire and a 120/90-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 41mm leading-axle fork, 220mm axle travel while the rear was equipped with a pro-link with adjustable compression damping, 172mm axle travel. The XL650V Transalp was fitted with a 5.02 Gallon (19.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 421.08 pounds (191.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 59.25 inches (1505 mm) long.
