The Honda XR 230 was a Air cooled, single-cylinder, four-stroke Enduro motorcycle produced by Honda in 2005. Max torque was 14.01 ft/lbs (19.0 Nm) @ 6000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 17.97 HP (13.4 KW) @ 7500 RPM.

A 63.5mm bore x 63.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 223.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6 Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multiplate coll springs.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 2.75-21 front tire and a 120/80-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single disc with 2 piston calipers in the front and a Single disc with 1 piston calipers in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic forks while the rear was equipped with a Telescopic forks. The wheelbase was 52.8 inches (1341 mm) long.
