The Honda XR 650L was a Liquid-cooled, dry-sump, single-cylinder four-stroke, SOHC, four-valve Enduro motorcycle produced by Honda in 1993. Max torque was 47.21 ft/lbs (64.0 Nm) @ 5500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 61.15 HP (45.6 KW) @ 6750 RPM.

A 99.1mm bore x 99.1mm stroke result in a displacement of just 644.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a Close-ratio five-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 3.00-21 front tire and a 4.60-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single disc with twin-piston caliper in the front and a Single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm air-adjustable leading-axle Showa cartridge fork with 16-position compression-damping adjustability; 11.6-inch travel while the rear was equipped with a Pro-Link Showa single-shock with spring-preload, 20-position compression and 20-position rebound-damping adjustability; 11.0-inch travel. The wheelbase was 57.28 inches (1455 mm) long.
