The Hyosung Sense SD50 was a air-cooled, two-stroke, single cylinder scooter produced by Hyosung between 2007 and 2008. Max torque was 2.95 ft/lbs (4.0 Nm) @ 4500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 4.96 HP (3.7 KW) @ 5000 RPM.

The bike has a CVT transmission. Power was moderated via the dry, centrifugal.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 100/80-10 front tire and a 100/80-10 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a drum in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a monoshock.

The 2007 MY Hyosung Sense SD50 has, at its heart, an air-cooled, two-stroke, 49cc, single cylinder lump paired to a continuously variable transmission (CVT), and can produce 5 horsepower and 4 Nm of torque. This entry-level machine comes standard with an under-seat storage compartment, a dual seat, a rear luggage rack, a front disc brake, a suspension package composed of a front telescopic fork and a rear monoshock, plus lightweight, cast-aluminum wheels.
