The Kawasaki Versys 1000 SE was a in-line four, four-stroke Road motorcycle produced by Kawasaki between 2012 and 2019. Max torque was 75.24 ft/lbs (102.0 Nm) @ 7500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 115.73 HP (86.3 KW) @ 9000 RPM.

Engine[edit]

The engine was a liquid cooled in-line four, four-stroke. A 77.0mm bore x 56.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1043.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive[edit]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis[edit]

It came with a 120/70-17 front tire and a 180/55-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. semi-floating petal discs in the front and a single disc. petal disc in the rear. The front suspension was a inverted fork with compression and rebound damping and spring preload adjustability, and top-out springs while the rear was equipped with a horizontal back-link, gas-charged with stepless rebound damping and spring preload adjustability. The Versys 1000 SE was fitted with a 5.55 Gallon (21.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 526.9 pounds (239.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 59.84 inches (1520 mm) long.
