Based on the Ninja 300, the Kawasaki Z300 carries the same 38bhp@11,000rpm / 20lb-ft@10,000rpm 296cc parallel-twin in a naked chassis. ABS will be an optional extra, and the new-rider-friendly bikes will feature petal discs, flat bars and 37mm forks. EICMA 2014 is an important event for the Kawasaki brand with the introduction of an impressive line-up of six new models. A new addition to the green family is the Z300, the world’s first 300cc Supernaked and destined to be a significant contender in the entry-level class.
