The Kawasaki ZL900 Eliminator was a in-line four, four-stroke Road motorcycle produced by Kawasaki in 1985. It could reach a top speed of 134 mph (215 km/h). Max torque was 62.92 ft/lbs (85.3 Nm) @ 8000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 102.72 HP (76.6 KW) @ 9500 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled in-line four, four-stroke. A 72.5mm bore x 55.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 908.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the constant mesh return shift.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 100/90-18 56h front tire and a 160/80-15 74h rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork pneumatic while the rear was equipped with a swingarm twin pneumatic shocks. The ZL900 Eliminator was fitted with a 2.91 Gallon (11.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 524.7 pounds (238.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 62.8 inches (1595 mm) long.
