The engine was a air cooled in-line four, four-stroke. A 73.5mm bore x 62.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1062.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi plate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70-18 front tire and a 160/70-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Swing arm. The Zephyr 1100 was fitted with a 5.02 Gallon (19.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 555.56 pounds (252.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.9 inches (1496 mm) long.
