It came with a 120/70-12 front tire and a 130/70-12 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 220mm disc in the front and a single 200mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a dual shocks. The wheelbase was 54.88 inches (1394 mm) long.

The 2005 MY Kymco Dink 200 Classic sports an air-cooled, four-stroke, 180cc, single cylinder powerhouse paired to a continuously variable transmission (CVT), and can produce 14 horsepower and 16 Nm of torque. It comes standard with a dual seat with lumbar support for the rider, plus passenger backrest and grab rails, an under-seat storage compartment, a small, tinted windscreen, a front and rear disc brake, and a dual shock absorber rear suspension.
