The bike has a CVT transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70-15 front tire and a 150/70-14 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual discs, 2-piston calipers in the front and a single disc, 2-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a dual shocks. The wheelbase was 57.09 inches (1450 mm) long.

The 2009 MY Kymco Xciting Ri sports a fuel-injected, liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 250cc, single cylinder engine mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT). This machine comes with a dual seat with rider backrest, a sporty windscreen, four-position adjustable brake levers, adjustable rear dual shocks, 15"/14" front/rear aluminum wheels, as well as a disc-based braking system, composed of dual discs front units and a single disc in the rear.
