The MV Agusta Brutale 675 was a in-line three, four-stroke Naked motorcycle produced by MV Agusta between 2012 and 2016. It could reach a top speed of 140 mph (225 km/h). Max torque was 47.94 ft/lbs (65.0 Nm) @ 12000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 107.68 HP (80.3 KW) @ 12500 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled in-line three, four-stroke. A 79.0mm bore x 45.9mm stroke result in a displacement of just 675.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, multi-disc with mechanical drive.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70-zr17 front tire and a 180/55-zr17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. abs. 4-piston, bremo. in the front and a single disc. abs. 2-piston, bremo. in the rear. The front suspension was a marzocchi upd fork while the rear was equipped with a progressive sachs, single shock absorber with spring preload adjustment.. The Brutale 675 was fitted with a 4.39 Gallon (16.60 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 368.17 pounds (167.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 54.33 inches (1380 mm) long.

The 2012 MV Augusta Brutale 675 is the latest addition to the naked series from the House of Schiranna, and addresses riders who want a more well-mannered machines, as opposed to its much powerful siblings from the Brutale family. At its heart lies a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 675cc, in-line three cylinder powerplant paired to a six-speed manual transmission, and can produce 108 horsepower and 65 Nm of torque.

The defining features of this new machine are the Motor & Vehicle Integrated Control System (MVICS) technology, the standard traction control with 8 levels of adjustment, the frame which is part steel and part aluminum, a single-sided swingarm with a Sachs rear shock, the 43 mm inverted fork and the race-inspired brakes with radial calipers.

The smallest in the Brutale line-up, the 2013 MY MV Agusta Brutale 675 addresses those naked fans that want superior agility and maneuverability out of their machine, but still a machine capable of turning heads in every crows, as is the case with all the Agusta models. At its heart lies a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 675cc, in-line three cylinder engine paired to a six-speed manual transmission, and can produce 110 horsepower and 65 Nm of torque.

In addition, it has the Motor & Vehicle Integrated Control System (MVICS) technology, an eight-level traction control, as well as a race-derived suspension package and braking system with radial calipers in the front, to ensure it will fit the taste of even the most adventurous rider.

The 2014 MY MV Agusta Brutale 675 is the a supersport like naked machine, that comes with a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 675cc, in-line three cylinder engine paired to a six-speed manual transmission, and can produce 125 horsepower and 81 Nm of torque.

Visually, it appeals to those who want an edgy, aggressive and Italian pure-bread look, and comes with a choice between Pearl White / Matte Metallic Gold, Red / Silver or Matte Magno Grey / Matte Anthracite. In addition, it comes with a race-derived suspension package and a high-end Brembo braking system, which improve both its cornering abilities, as well as its safety levels.
