The engine was a oil & air cooled in-line three, four-stroke. A 79.0mm bore x 54.3mm stroke result in a displacement of just 798.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-plate.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70-zr17 front tire and a 180/55-zr17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. abs. in the front and a single disc. abs. in the rear. The front suspension was a marzocchi usd while the rear was equipped with a sachs single shock. The bike weighed just 392.42 pounds (178.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 55.51 inches (1410 mm) long.

The 2015 MY MV Agusta Rivale 800 sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 798cc, in-line three cylinder powerhouse paired to a six-speed manual transmission, and can produce 110 horsepower and 65 Nm of torque. It comes standard with features such as an electrically adjustable windshield, side panniers with LED tailights integrated in them, a full ride-by-wire throttle, and the Motor & Vehicle Integrated Control System.
