The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 58.2mm bore x 57.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 154.0 cubic centimeters.

It came with a 110/90-13 front tire and a 130/70-13 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear.
