The SYM GTS/JOYMAX 125i EVO was a Single cylinder, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled scooter produced by SYM in 2014. Max torque was 8.11 ft/lbs (11.0 Nm) @ 7000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 0.94 HP (0.7 KW) @ 9000 RPM.

The bike has a C.V.T. transmission. Power was moderated via the Centrifugal.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 110/90-13 front tire and a 130/70-12 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single hydraulic disc, 240mm in the front and a Single disc, 200mm in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Twin sided swing arm, adjustable dampers. The wheelbase was 58.9 inches (1496 mm) long.

The scooter formerly known as ‘GTS’ was redesigned from the ground up and now uses its European name. The styling is much sharper, its frame is stiffer and the engine new, it’s more economical.
