The Suzuki GSX-R 250 was a Liquid Cooled, Four Stroke, Transverse Four Cylinder, DOHC, 4 Valves Per Cylinder Sport touring motorcycle produced by Suzuki between 1987 and 1991. It could reach a top speed of 112 mph (180 km/h). Max torque was 17.7 ft/lbs (24.0 Nm) @ 10500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 45.06 HP (33.6 KW) @ 14000 RPM.

Engine[edit]

The engine was a liquid cooled Liquid Cooled, Four Stroke, Transverse Four Cylinder, DOHC, 4 Valves Per Cylinder. A 48.3mm bore x 48.3mm stroke result in a displacement of just 248.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (DOHC).

Drive[edit]

The bike has a 6-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-plate.

Chassis[edit]

It came with a 100/80-17 front tire and a 130/70-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Double discs 300 mm in the front and a Single disc 240 mm in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic Fork while the rear was equipped with a Full Floater. The bike weighed just 304.24 pounds (138.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 53.9 inches (1369 mm) long.
