The TVS XL HD was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by TVS between 2007 and 2011. Max torque was 0.37 ft/lbs (0.5 Nm) @ 3750 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 3.49 HP (2.6 KW) @ 5000 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 46.0mm bore x 42.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 69.9 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a automatic transmission. Power was moderated via the centrifugal wire type.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 2.50-16 front tire and a 2.50-16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake) in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic spring fork while the rear was equipped with a hydraulic swing arm shock absorber. The XL HD was fitted with a 1.06 Gallon (4.00 Liters) fuel tank.
