The Triumph America Classic Touring was a 4-stroke air-cooled, DOHC, parallel-twin, 270 degree firing interval Classic motorcycle produced by Triumph in 2011. Max torque was 53.11 ft/lbs (72.0 Nm) @ 3300 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 59.94 HP (44.7 KW) @ 6800 RPM.

A 88.9mm bore x 88.9mm stroke result in a displacement of just 865.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5 Speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet, multiplate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 130/90 R16 front tire and a 170/80 B15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single 310mm disc, Nissin 2-piston floating caliper in the front and a Single 285mm disc, Nissin 2-piston floating caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a Kayaba 41mm forks with polished stainless steel shrouds and polished lowers, 120mm travel while the rear was equipped with a Kayaba chromed spring twin shocks with adjustable preload, 96mm rear wheel travel. The America Classic Touring was fitted with a 1.32 Gallon (5.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 63.31 inches (1608 mm) long.
