The Yamaha CT1B 175 was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by Yamaha in 1970. Max torque was 8.78 ft/lbs (11.9 Nm) @ 5500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 15.29 HP (11.4 KW) @ 7000 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 66.0mm bore x 50.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 175.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-speed transmission.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake) in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The CT1B 175 was fitted with a 1.9 Gallon (7.19 Liters) fuel tank.
